Fax and email orders  are accepted but must include the following:
1. payment method including Account number and expiration date
2. Billing and shipping address
3. Your name and telephone number
4. Product number/description

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. 

Customer credit cards statements will show and be billed as CMC-MSO-GSO.

6% sales tax will be added to orders shipped to an Idaho address.  

Credit cards  must match name, address, and zip code with your bank's account information for approval. This is for your protection against unauthorized use.  We do not store any credit card information.
